Welcome to SFBM!
The Swedish Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
SFBM’s annual
symposium:
Protein structure
will be organised in Lund
in November
2009.
PhD course:
Protein crystallography for the non-crystallographer
The course is combined with
participation in the SFBM annual conference,
and
takes place in Lund
in November.
Please note the change of date for the events.
The Svedberg award 2009
Per Hammarström receives the Svedberg Award 2009 for his
Innovative contributions to the understanding of protein misfolding at a
molecular level. His research contributes to understanding diseases caused by
aberrant protein folding and protein aggregation.
The award will be given to Hammarström at a cermony during the annual symposium in Lund.
Past events:
The Svedberg award 2008 was awarded
Thomas Helleday, professor at
Stockholm University and University of Oxford
